Huazhou Draguo Cake is a specialty of Maoming City, and it is well-known for its sophisticated production techniques and unique taste. In 2012, Huazhou Draguo cake was included in the fourth batch of provincial intangible cultural heritage.

The production of Huazhou Draguo cake originated from the Tang Dynasty in China. The production process is very particular. The main flours are made of flour, and the selection of coconut, pork, wuren, sesame and other fillings. The cake is refined by a unique formula. The fillings are dipped, washed, and Multi-process such as frying, cooling and mixing, and then forming by packaging, printing and baking. The process is relatively complicated, all handmade, and there is currently no mechanical equipment to replace production.
