Baicheng mung bean quality technical requirements (a) varieties. It is an excellent variety of mung bean such as Bailu 522, Bailu 6 and Bailv No. 8 which can meet the standard of Baicheng Mung Bean. (2) Site conditions. The soil is aeolian sandy soil, pale black calculus, and black soil at the bottom of gravel. The soil organic matter content is ≥1.5%, the total nitrogen content is 0.12% to 0.22%, the total phosphorus content is ≥0.20%, the total potassium content is ≥2.5%, and the soil pH is 7.0 to 8.2.
