The deep cultural heritage of Tonglu Fangzhu, the modern literature in many places has the record of planting, making, trading and eating. Tonglu County is located in the northern part of Guizhou, the transitional zone between the Guizhou Plateau and the southeastern margin of the Sichuan Basin.
