Wen Yujin is a local specialty product produced in Wenzhou, a local specialty, and its main production is Ruian, which has the function of soothing the liver and relieving depression. It is named after its fresh roots and golden color, and it is also known as Yujin or Yijin because of Yu and Yu.

Wen Yujin quality technical requirements (a) site conditions. The soil is a river silt field with a pH of 5.0 to 7.5, an organic matter content of more than 1.8%, a soil layer thickness of not less than 30 cm, and a groundwater level of less than 90 cm. (4) Quality characteristics. 1. Sensory features: oval, oval or spindle-shaped, slightly flat, slightly curved, tapered at both ends, 3.5 cm to 8.5 cm long, 1.0 cm to 2.0 cm in diameter. The surface is taupe or grayish brown with irregular longitudinal wrinkles, and the vertical ridges are lighter in color. Solid, section gray-brown or gray-yellow, horny; the endothelium ring is obvious, the cortex and vascular column are easy to separate from the endothelium. The gas is slightly fragrant and the taste is slightly bitter. 2. Physical and chemical indicators: water ≤ 15.0%, total ash ≤ 9.0%, the volatile oil extracted includes: furandiene ≥ 18.0%, sputum diketone ≥ 8.0%, geranone ≥ 8.0%. 3. Safety requirements: Product safety indicators must meet the relevant regulations of the state for similar products.
