Majiagou celery quality technical requirements (a) varieties. Local traditional farmhouse hollow fine celery variety. (2) Site conditions. The soil has deep plough layer, organic matter content ≥1%, loam or clay loam with strong water retention and fertility. The pH is between 6 and 7.5. (3) Cultivation management. 1. Seedling selection: It is required to use the disease-free and strong seedlings after purification and rejuvenation. 2. Sowing period: from late June to early July. 3. Planting density: 22,000 to 28,000 plants per mu. 4. Field management: (1) Management of slow seedling period: keep the soil moist during this period.
