Environmental and safety requirements: The use of pesticides, fertilizers, etc. must comply with relevant national regulations and must not pollute the environment. (4) Harvesting. (5) Processing. 1. Compressed hops: (1) Process: fresh hops → airing → drying → regaining → pressing → packaging. The hop pellets were cooled to within 20 ° C within 4 to 5 minutes, and the hop powder was sieved. (6) Quality characteristics. 1. Sensory features: fresh yellow and green color, rich floral, fresh taste, pleasant bitterness and outstanding aroma. (1) Compressed hops: a flaky hop flower ball, light yellow green and shiny, with a distinct fresh hop aroma, no smell. (2) Granule hops: cylindrical shape with a length of 6 mm to 8 mm and a diameter of about 6 mm, yellow-green or green luster, with obvious fresh hop aroma and no odor. 2. Physical and chemical indicators: (1) Qingdao large flower varieties: α-acid and β acid content are balanced, α-acid ≥6.0%, β-acid ≥4.5%, α/β value between 1.00 and 1.50. (2) High formic acid hops, α-acid ≥ 14%, β-acid ≥ 4.5%, storage index H.S.I 0.40 to 0.50, humulone 30 to 35%, hop oil 1.5 to 2.5 ml/kg. (3) fragrant flower type hop, α-acid ≥ 4.5%, β-acid ≥ 4.5%, storage index H.S.I0.35 to 0.45, humulone 10 to 16%, hop oil 0.8 to 1.5 ml/kg. 3.
