Anren grape adopts organic rain-proof cultivation with reflective film cultivation technology. The fruit is large, colorful, fleshy and sweet, and its products are rich in nutritional value. Anren grape quality technical requirements First, the varieties Xiahe, Moldova, Goldfinger, Beauty, Red Earth, Purple Earth and so on. Second, the site conditions soil type is yellow mud paddy soil, soil pH value is 6.5 to 7.5, organic matter content ≥ 1.2%, groundwater level below 0.75m. Third, cultivation management 1. Seedling breeding: using cutting or grafting methods. 2. Cultivation method: shelter from rain. 3. Colonization: planting from late November to early December, the planting density of scaffolding is ≤3000 plants/ha, and the planting density of hedgerows is ≤6000 plants/ha. 4. Producers within the scope of the Anren grape production area may submit an application to the Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau of Dayi County of Sichuan Province for the use of the “Special Mark for Geographical Indication Products”, which shall be reviewed by the Sichuan Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision and reported to the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine for approval. The testing mechanism of Anren Grape is selected by the Sichuan Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau in the testing institutions that meet the qualification requirements.
