Anren grape

Anren grape adopts organic rain-proof cultivation with reflective film cultivation technology. The fruit is large, colorful, fleshy and sweet, and its products are rich in nutritional value. The cultivars include more than 20 varieties including Jufeng, Xiahe, Red Milk, Beauty, Rose, Autumn Black, Black Barrado and Karen.

Anren grape quality technical requirements First, the varieties Xiahe, Moldova, Goldfinger, Beauty, Red Earth, Purple Earth and so on. Second, the site conditions soil type is yellow mud paddy soil, soil pH value is 6.5 to 7.5, organic matter content ≥ 1.2%, groundwater level below 0.75m. Third, cultivation management 1. Seedling breeding: using cutting or grafting methods. 2. Cultivation method: shelter from rain. 3. Colonization: planting from late November to early December, the planting density of scaffolding is ≤3000 plants/ha, and the planting density of hedgerows is ≤6000 plants/ha. 4. Yield control: ≤20000kg per hectare. 5. Fertilizer water: Apply ≥3000kg of decomposed organic fertilizer base per 667m2 (mu) per year. The irrigation was stopped 10 days before harvesting. 6. Environmental and safety requirements: The use of pesticides, fertilizers, etc. must comply with relevant national regulations and must not pollute the environment. 7. Synthetic plant growth regulators are prohibited. 4. Harvesting from late June to late September, according to the characteristics of the variety, when the soluble solid content is ≥16%, or the seed of the nuclear variety becomes brown, the harvest begins. Sensory characteristics: The ears are intact, the size, shape and color of the fruit are neat, the fruit powder is intact, and the appearance of the fruit presents the characteristics of the variety; the flesh is fine, the ratio of sugar to acid is reasonable, and the palatability is good. 2. Producers within the scope of the Anren grape production area may submit an application to the Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau of Dayi County of Sichuan Province for the use of the “Special Mark for Geographical Indication Products”, which shall be reviewed by the Sichuan Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision and reported to the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine for approval. The testing mechanism of Anren Grape is selected by the Sichuan Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau in the testing institutions that meet the qualification requirements.
