Donghai rice quality technical requirements (a) varieties. Xudao No. 3, Xudao No. 4, Lianjing No. 4, Lianjing No. 6, Huaiyoujing No. 2, etc. have been approved for local cultivation of japonica rice varieties. (2) Site conditions. Water and fertilizer management: The management of water slurry adopts “shallow water planting, deep water living, thin water, and humid irrigation”. When the total stem seedlings reach 80% of the appropriate number of panicles, the water is placed in the fields. The shallow water layer is maintained at the booting stage, and the wet irrigation, dry and wet wetness are adopted from the heading to the mature stage. Water was cut 7 days before harvest. Applying organic fertilizer of not less than 15000kg per hectare, applying soil testing and formula fertilization, the total pure nitrogen dosage is ≤270kg/ha, appropriately reducing the amount of nitrogen fertilizer, increasing the proportion of nitrogen fertilizer in panicle fertilizer, and increasing the amount of potassium fertilizer. 4. Single product, single harvest, single threshing, single processing. 90% can be harvested when it is ripe, and the moisture is reduced by drying, and the moisture content is ≤ 14.5%. (5) Processing technology process. (6) Quality characteristics. 1. Sensory characteristics: (1) Tissue shape and color: The grain is crystal clear, the gloss is good, the grain shape is short and thick, the white grain rate is small, the whiteness is small, and the visual sense is good. (2) Taste and smell: When cooking, the rice has a clear fragrance, the rice rice is crystal clear, the taste is soft and elastic, the rice taste is fragrant and palatable, the fragrance is lasting, the rice is not hard and shiny after cold, and the taste is good. 2. The amylose content is from 13.0% to 18.0%, the gel consistency is ≥66 mm, and the protein content in polished rice is u0026lt;9.0%. 3.
