Zhouzhi kiwifruit quality technical requirements (a) variety. Qin Mei, Hayward, dumb and other suitable varieties. (2) Site conditions. The suitable soil should be sandy loam, the thickness of the soil layer is above 60cm, the soil organic matter content is more than 1.0%, and the soil pH is between 6.5 and 7.5. (3) Seedling breeding. The seeds of the same species of mature kiwi fruit were harvested, artificially sown, and the seedlings were propagated as rootstocks. Hayward: The fruit is oblong, the fruit weight is 80 to 150g, the skin is yellowish brown, and the flesh is green. Fresh fruit: soluble solid content of 7.4%, hardness of 9kg/cm2 or more. Out of the fruit: soluble solid content of more than 13%, hardness of 4kg / cm2 or more. 3. Dumb: The fruit is cylindrical, with a single fruit weight of 87 to 127 g.
