For the production of mushroom oil, the museum also gives a detailed description: fresh mushrooms are tender and fresh. First tear off the surface membrane, wash them, soak them in salt water for three or four hours, and then boil them in plain oil. When processing mushroom oil, we must use pure farm vegetable oil.




First, loosen the ginger pieces and put in the hot vegetable oil. When the oil pan burns to smoke, leave the pot from the fire, and slowly put in star anise, clove and other seasonings.
