Baicheng Oil Sunflower Quality Technical Requirements (1) Variety. Baikuza No.6, Chikui Miscellaneous No.2 and other varieties of oil sunflower suitable for planting in Baicheng. (2) Site conditions. The soil type is aeolian sandy soil, pale black calculus, and gravel black soil. The soil organic matter content is 1.28% to 3.4%, and the pH is 7.0 to 8.8. (3) Cultivation management. 1. The sowing period is from late May to early June. 2. Planting density is 35×60cm or 33×65cm, and 4.5 to 500,000 seedlings per hectare. 3. Field management: Fertilization should be based on organic fertilizer and supplemented by chemical fertilizer. Fertilizer application must be combined with organic fertilizer. Applying sunflower special compound fertilizer per hectare 300 to 400 kg (the ratio of pure content of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium is 1:2:1); or applying 130 kg of diammonium phosphate, 15 kg of urea and 60 kg of potassium sulfate. Strengthen field management, so as to early seedlings, early seedlings and early shovel. Sensory characteristics: Baicheng oil sunflower seeds are full, the skin is black, shiny and moderately hard. The shape of the grain is long oval or oval, which is not easily damaged during harvesting, drying, cleaning and transportation. 2. Physical and chemical indicators: moisture (%) ≤ 12.0, impurity (%) ≤ 2.0, kernel rate (%) ≥ 70.0, sub-oil content (%) ≥ 40.0.
