Yongzhou Litsea cubeba oil quality technical requirements (1) cultivars. Litsea cubebe. (2) Site conditions. The altitude of the protected area is ≤600m, the parent mother rock is shale, granite and sandstone, the soil type is red soil, the soil texture is medium loam or loam, the soil thickness is ≥40cm, the soil pH is 6.0 to 7.0, and the organic matter content is ≥1.5. %. (3) Cultivation management. 1. Seedling specifications: The annual seedling height is greater than 60cm and the ground diameter is greater than 2.5cm. 2. Afforestation season: from the beginning of March to the end of April, from November to December, afforestation in these two time periods. 3. The collected fruit should be spread out, placed in a cool and ventilated place, stacked thickness not more than 6cm, flipped 1 or 2 times a day to prevent heat and deterioration, must be processed within 24 hours after harvest. (5) Processing. 1. Process: Feeding water → gas distillation → condensation → oil and water separation → exhaust slag. 2. Feeding water: Add the mountain sage and Yongzhou spring water to the distiller in a ratio of 1:1. 3. Gas supply distillation: steam supply heating is started when the high pressure boiler temperature is ≥160 °C and the pressure is ≥0.2 MPa. 4. Condensation: After the steam is started, the condensing system is turned on. 5. Separation of oil and water: oil is started after 18 minutes of steaming. The distillation time is 2 hours. When there is no oil in the water surface of the equivalent standard, the slag can be discharged. 6. Exhaust slag: Close the steam supply valve, open the feed port cover for steam after five minutes, then drain the slag, and feed the distiller. (6) Quality characteristics. 1. Sensory features: light yellow to yellow clear liquid with citral aroma. 2.
