As the first hotel of Hyatt Hotel Group in Jiangsu Province, Huachi 88, the characteristic Chinese restaurant of Hyatt Suzhou, was launched in the midsummer of 2017, following the food tradition of Hyatt group, retaining the original flavor of dishes, and bringing the famous Hyatt dining experience to the food, customers and gourmands in Suzhou.

The restaurant"s main products are "Su Bang cuisine" with high quality materials and high temperature. There are also Huaiyang delicacies with fine craftsmanship and original flavor. The Taihu boat dishes, which are located on the shore of Taihu Lake and mainly made from the rich Taihu Lake, also occupy a place here.
