"Squirrel squid" is a traditional dish in the Suzhou area. It has been listed as a top-class dish in the south of the Yangtze River. Later, the operator used squid to make it, so it was called "squirrel squid", and soon the dish was spread all over the country. This dish has been in existence for more than 200 years since its creation. Now it is well known both at home and abroad and has become one of the most famous dishes in China.
