Chaoyang jujube quality technical requirements (1) variety. Dapingding jujube, Jinling round jujube, Jinling long jujube. (2) Site conditions. The altitude is ≤400m; the soil texture is loam and light clay loam; the soil thickness is ≥30cm, the soil organic matter content is ≥1%; the soil pH is 7.2 to 8.0. (3) Cultivation management. 1. Seedling breeding: use root saplings or grafting seedlings. When grafting seedlings, jujube is used as rootstock. 2. Planting: Planting time is from autumn leaves to frozen before freezing or after spring thawing to germination; planting density is ≤1250 plants per hectare. 3. Dapingding jujube was harvested in batches in mid-to-late September, Jinling round jujube and Jinling long jujube in mid-October, and the jujube fruit coloring area was greater than 90%. Sensory characteristics: Dapingding jujube fruit is dark red, rich in luster, cylindrical in shape, relatively neat in size, small in fruit, thin in skin, sweet and sour, and no slag. Jinling round jujube and Jinling long jujube fruit are bright red, rich in luster, fruit is large, flesh is green and white, sweet and crisp, small nuclear flesh is thick, and no slag is foraging. 2.
