The monitoring of temperature, humidity and carbon dioxide concentration in the warehouse should be carried out at regular intervals in the morning, middle and evening. (5) Quality characteristics. 1. Sensory features: fresh chestnut: nut exquisite, peel brown or dark brown, shiny, less hair, small base, easy to peel off the skin. Chestnut: The flesh is light yellow, the meat is fine, the taste is sweet and strong, and it is strong. 2. Physical and chemical indicators: water content 47.9±2.5%, sugar content 22.2±3.5%, gelatinization degree 57.2±2.5.
